We even lost hope of finding any property when another realtor (Mammoth Sierra Properties) tried to fraudulently represent a property as 3200 sq ft when in fact it was only 2600 sq ft of livable space. During a casual trip up there I met Jake in person with my family and he showed us a few properties.
